Navajo: an individual or group of Native American people living primarily in New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah.
mesas: a small, high plateau with a flat top and steep sides, common in dry regions.
jostled: to shove, push, or crowd against
turquoise: a greenish-blue mineral often used as a gem
bandana: a colorful handkerchief worn on the head or neck
hogan: dwelling built with logs and covered with earth, used by the Navajo.
bracelet: band or chain worn around the wrist as decoration or identification
