Each student has been tested and given a reading level. Students have been asked to read books within their reading level. I have instructed students to read at least six books within their reading level this quarter. Students earn a Lynx paw print on their reading badge each time they complete a book and pass a short quiz on the book.
I will give students 10 points in the grade book for each sticker on their reading badge at the end of the quarter. This will be out of 60 points. So, the closer a student can get to their goal, the better their grade will be.
